Order of Custom Attributes on Change Request

Hi all.

I am adding several custom attributes to a Change Request. When I add them they automatically show up in alphabetically order. I need to be able to add them in a certain order so that they show up on the form in a certain order. Any thoughts?

Hi,

If you only want to get them in a determined order, you may follow steps described in Windchill Customizer's Guide p13-92 to 13-96 ("Attribute tables").

Indeed, you will hae to delete the line reference by "ALL_SOFT_SCHEMA_ATTRIBUTES" and add a line :

<jca:describeproperty id="[your" soft=" type]&quot;="/>

for each soft type you want to be displayed.

Please ask if you need further infos, but I'm not a "professional" of Windchill.I looked further attribute display because i'm looking for a way to group them.
