Private Access and Projects

Hi,

I am having a problem with access rules and the Private Access setting for projects. I would like to have all users in the organization see all projects and their contents when Private Access = Default. In the Policy Administrator I can see that this moves projects between the Default and Private trees. However, when I create an access rule for the Default/Project tree giving all users read/download access to all items in the Project branch, they can see the documents in the project, but not the project itself.

Is there a way to set access rules in the policy administrator (or something else) so all non project members can see the projects that are set as default?
