Pro/E locks up when registering the Windchill server

We upgraded to WF4 yesterday and 1 user is having problems getting his workspace registered to WF.


In WF3, I can get the server name and location entered, press Check, then select a workspace before it locks up.


In WF4, pressing the Check locks him up.


He has removed all files from his old workspaces and removed the workspaces. He has alsodeleted the .pdm9 folder that holds the workspaces in the OS.


We are on Windchill 9 m050 and Wildfire 3-m170, WF4-m150.


There are about 12 users who sucessfully did the upgrade. Just 1 that is giving us fits.

Solved the issue with a server reboot on both the Oracle and Windchill servers.
We did have a power outage last night, but I thought both servers had been rebooted after power was restored.
