Problems with Configuration of Windchill Desktop Integrations (DTI)

I'm having some trouble configuring the windchill desktop integration. For the Server Base URL, I simply copied and pasted the address exactly as it appears in the address bar:

http://wcdevj.mycompany.com/Windchill/app/

However, I get the errors shown below. I found this thread: http://communities.ptc.com/thread/52013, but the accepted answer of "Capitalization matters with windchill" doesn't seem to help.

figured it out. Had to enter it like this: http://wcdevj.mycompany.com/Windchill/
