Promotion Request Defaults

Can someone let me know where to set the default settings for the Location and Collection settings for the Promotion Request process in 10.1 M010? I'd like the Autoselect Folder and Apply default collection settings to be set as the defaults. Is this a preference, an OIR, jsp change? Thanks for any input in advance.

Thanks for the OIR fix, any idea on setting the Apply default collection to true?

Thanks for the information. I heard that they were going to add this preference in 10.1 M030.
I'm currently running 10.1 M010 (production), but I'm upgrading my test system to M030 today and testing.
Any insight on the M030 release (better than M010) :)?
