PTC MSOI task runner library

Dear all,

a couple of days ago I experienced problems while opening a Word document from Windchill 9.0. The document would not open and an error window opened with an error in the "PTC MSOI task runner library" (see attached file). System reboot did not help. After two days I tried again and the problem was gone.

Can someone tell me something about this "PTC MSOI task runner library"?
Are there users who also experienced this problem?
