Remote File Server vault sizing

Greetings Windchill Gurus,



I am looking for a good method to estimate the vault sizing for remote
file servers in Windchill. What should I consider in the equation?

How much of your Windchill data are you replicating to the remote sites?
If you are taking the full amount, then sizing is easy. Just duplicate what you have locally for storage of Windchill data.
If taking a subset, the best you can do is estimate by product line or some other method how much of the total is being used, then duplicate that.

To allow for expansion, I would then double any numbers that you come up with.
