Rename Promotion Requests?

I'm not sure if this is possible or not; if it is, I must be missing where to do so, but is it possible to rename a Promotion Request?

Yes it is. It requires rebuilding the resource bundles though. If you are interested in the details, let me know wnd I will send my notes on how to do it.
