Replication server is setup and added through Site Admin...

I have gone in and configured vaults, folders, and host. I have gone in to schedule a library that only has 5 items in it. I scheduled this to do immediately. Status comes back with "countinued with error" and has 3001 items to process. Also under preference manager, vaulting and replication do not have the option to set server. Any help would be great.
