Replication server OS

Hello all,
We installed Windchill server with Redhat linux. I am wondering if
it is possible to install one of the replica servers in Windows?
We are planning to setup one replication server within corp network because
of bandwidth issues. Our IT doesn't support hosting linux servers within
this network.

If anyone has tried this configuration successfully , please let me know.

PTC responded that different OS can be used for replication server and the
configuration is supported by them.

Thanks to James and Venkata for confirming that it is already deployed at
some customer locations.
