Show preview of a URL on details page.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.0.0

We have a hyperlink attribute on which external URL is shown. We want a preview for the same URL.

I don't think this is possible. Maybe with customization perhaps. Or maybe with a 3rd party browser-plugin? But if such a plugin existed, it would probably apply to all links.
