Question

SOAP HTTP ERROR 500. INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

This has been popping up in my pro/e session in the the last few days. I think its a XML based protocall for exchanging info., but for what??. Can anyone shed a little more insight on what is causing the message to appear and what is a solution to fix it?

Windchill 9.0 M060

TIA

We have been getting the same error randomly. However increasing the
KeepAliveTimeout setting for Apache from the default 15 sec to 60 sec
reduced the SOAP errors drastically.

KeepAliveTimeout 60

Have you noticed any performance impact?
