Soft attribute value display

Hello All,

Can you suggest me a solution for the following issues,

Thesoft attribute ,SA1 of WTPart isa multi-line string attribute.If the content of the SA1 exceeds 15 character I want to display only ,say 10 char of the SA1 in the info page of the WTPart.Followed by a "More.." url,which when used should display me the rest of the values in a box window.

Ex., SA1xxxxxx<u>More..</u>

Is there any OTB feature available for this.
