SUMMARY - Bring Attention to Affected Data
From the feedback of the community and a some offline discussion it seems that the full measure of impact for changes is both available to the system and not immediately available to the user. This brings about a situation that is unnecessarily dependent on human effort. An enhancement has been filed with PTC.
One solutions is an "Affected Data" tab on the change process. This tab auto-populates with where used and used by data dependencies.
