The "Frames" aren't working

I cen delete the "frame" where I add objects to my workspace. Yet, when I view it, all those objects are still in my workspace. So, I manually delete them, then do an "Erase Not Displayed"......but now I can still open them in Creo because they show up in the pop-up window! Really? Is it any wonder nobody here trusts the software? If I'd still been on WF4 and Intralink, the 2 simple drawings I had to do would be done and I wouldn't be wasting hours every day trying to help the other users who are ready to strangle me because of this. Unfortunately, this decision was above me head, but I see their frustration.

Time for another PTC call#. I'm getting very sick of this. If I was the manager here who authorized the purchase of this, I'd be asking for my money back.

We tried the other day to use the "frames" to retrieve some dwgs deleted from a user's Workspace. Didn't work. I downloaded a big assembly just to look at it, then I tried to use frames to delete all those models from my Workspace like I used to be able to do in Intralink and it didn't work. So, what then are these "frames" for if they don't work?
