Tool tip display

Hi All,

My objective is to display a tool-tip for a static datafor an object.i.ea column showing Name of Part object.

Some thing like when i,keep my mouse on a "I" iconed image,the name of the Object should be displayed along with the object Reference name.

[i] REFERENCE NAME

[i] = Tool tip to display

REF.NAME = Name to display reference

Can you suggest me some solution to code this.
