unable to upload files

Hello,

I am unable to upload file in windchill after my windows upadtes,

OS- windows 7 - 64bit, IE -9. java - 1.4.09.

file uploading windows is not opening. Please help me to find a solution.

Your post doesn't give us much to go on, but I would try this as a start. Preferences/Attachments/File Upload Mechanism. Change value to use browser functionality instead of java applet.
