Unable to upload files to ACM

Hello there,

Can anyone help me out?

I was trying to upload a file (DITA map) newly to ACM to register.

However, it failed to upload with the dialog box saying "Unique NDId is over maximum value of 200".

What is this "Unique NDId" and how can I fix it?
