Viewable Replication

Is there any need to have a replication rule to replicate the viewable
objects (ie. wt.viewmarkup.DerivedImage & wt.viewmarkup.WTMarkUp).

Yes you need to setup the rule & schedule for the same.

We have configured the workers(around three) in a separate visualization
server. The viewable files are stored in master site not in local cache
vault.

Is it we still need to replicate viewable?
