Viewing Rejected Promotion Request in 9.0 ?

In 9.0, is it intended behavior to not see a rejected promotion request when viewing the history > maturity of a given object in the promotion request ? Successful promotion request show up this way, but not rejected ones. I can run a search to find the rejected promotion requested, just seems like it would be alot easier for the rejected ones to also show up in the history > maturity.

Whats also strange is that the rejected promotion request will show up in the history > iteration, but only for a proe object and not a wtpart, even if the two type of objects were on the same promotion request.

Anyone else ever seen these types of issues ?
