Visibility of Object Number / Name - when Created or in Assignments

1. On completion of a Create Wizard the user is not told the identity of the created object.

- he/she does get a Confirmation dialog, can this be customized to display the Number/Name/Version of the Object created? Maybe there is other ways of informing the user the identity of the created object?

2. Similarly, when a user views his Assignments he cannot see the Number/Name of objects - the Change objects do display the name and number in the 'Subject of Assignment' - can this be done for all types?

Our emails and assignment Names both include the Number of the PBO. Example Assignments:

For meeting the requirement 1. I recommend my clients to take a look at the
Home->Overview->Updates table for the created/updated objects and associated
actions. FYI
