Windchill 10.1 - Visualization Tab not displaying

The visualization tab seems to be unstable. Some xml files will be displayed and others will not. The files are similar in structure. Some have graphics and some don't.

Has anyone else experienced this inconsistency?

We have upgraded to Internet Explorer 9 recently but if this was the cause no files would display.

Anyone have suggestions as to what might be causing some files to display and others not?

Let me clarify...the files all appear to have graphic dependents, however, only some files display the source content in the Visualization window. Why would only some display and others do not?

For anyone that might be following this thread...PTC is looking into the issue. At this point, however, it doesn't look like they know the cause or have a solution.
