Windchill 10.2 M022 ??

I just rec'd my PTC Technical Support Email subscription and noticed 10.2 M022:

Has anybody heard why there is a M022 instead of critical patch set for M020?

Usually a Mxx2 version is a replacement for a Mxx0 version because PTC found something wrong in installing scripts. It sometimes indicates an error in the original Mxx0 code that they don't want to distribute any more.

There should be more reason as to why this was done and if it is in the program, what affect it has on those who have already installed M020, plus any planned fixes.

Skimming the documentation, it seems to be specific to "Service Lifecycle Management" products.

It also looks like Cognos for Business Reporting switches from 10.1 to 10.2
