Windchill 10 integrate with Microsoft Active Directory is working???

Someone has already done Windchill10 integration with Microsoft Active Directory, I did the same procedures used in version Windchill 9.1 and not work. I open case in PTC and has 4 months and nobody has solved the issue.

This issue is not integrate with Microsoft AD.

The build is F000 today I will update for M010 for check is I have a luck thai this working.

I can not imagine that around the world do not have any deployer that has made such integration.

Can't you treat the AD like any other ldap?

Create the ldap adapter. Create the repository for the adapter.

provider url: ldap://xxxxxx:port

user to connect with: cn=xyz,ou=abc

credentials: xyz

search base (where users are located): ou=users,dc=com,dc=xyz

search scope: subtree?

additional properties

com.adldap.windchill.mapping.user.objectClass: user
com.adldap.windchill.mapping.user.uid: sAMAccountName
com.adldap.windchill.mapping.user.uniqueIdAttribute: sAMAccountName
com.adldap.windchill.mapping.usersOrganizationNamexyz

Please try using attached approach. Very simple, robust.

We have actually abandoned the approach posted previously - now working on a much more standard integration with our new corporate parent. Only complexity (which has been a major problem) is that some users were created long ago in EnterpriseLDAP branch of Aphelion.

So - My current advice is to ignore my previous postings and rely on PTC's approach to A/D integration..
