Windchill Configuration Assistant not appering

Hello!

I Installed Windchill in a virtual machine using windows server 2012, The Installation was successfull but when I click the finish button the configuration assistant is not appearing.

I already click the link "click here if assistant does not appear" but nothing open in the new window.
