Windchill Desktop Integration: Server Connection Issue

Hi,

I have just installed the Windchill Desktop Integraton tool and am trying to connect to my Windchill Server via Microsoft Office 2010. In the "Configuration" menu, I enter the server location as https://myserver.mycompany.com/EngineeringPortal/app and assign an alias, "MyServer." So far this is the same steps I would follow to register a server within the Creo 2.0 environment.

Next, I would click the "Select Server" menu option and it prompts me for my login credentials, which I provide. I get the error below, and then it says the server is unreachable.

Note: I have also tried connecting to our dev server, with the same result.

Any ideas?
