Windchill Install: LAX_VM is not set to Java 21 or later

Version: Windchill 13.1

Use Case: installing windchill

Description:

I am trying to install Windchill 13.1 on Windows Server 2025 Datacenter.

But when I start "solution installer", I get the error message, that "LAX_VM is not set to Java 21 or later".

Amazon corretto JDK 25 is installed.

Unfortunately, none of the solutions provided by ptc work.
