Windchill - managing Queues that use a Group other than default
Anyone out there run into this?
We have created a second Background method server and have set two queues
to us it. The queues are WfUserWorkQueue and WfPropagationQueue.
After setting the "Group" for these two queues I tried to delete a few
queue entries. Delete fails from these queues using either the GUI or
from windchill shell the wt.queue.QueueManager.
The error reads the queue cannot be stopped.
I think my only work around is to:
set the queues groups back to "default"
Restart windchill (I've found I have to restart to windchill after
changing a queue's group)
Delete entries
set the queues groups back to the desired group
Restart windchill
If anyone has an easier solution I'd like to hear it.
