Windchill not working on Thin Client computers

We are trying to setup "Thin Client" workstations. We are having an issue with Windchill not working properly on the Thin Client sessions.

I click on a product and it shows me all the folders in the left pane, however there are no folder contents listed in the right half of the screen even though is says there are 83 items, nothing is shown. The table listings or folder items are not displayed. Have a similar issue in the product details page, it won't list the details of iteration history, etc. Basically anywhere there is a table listing that (I assume) is dynamically generated it does not display the information.

I do see an error message in IE that says "The system cannot find file specified." Line 2048, Char 4, Code 0 But that doesn't tell me much.

I suspect this is a permission issue. How does Windchill generate and pass the table listing info to the client machine? Is that cookies or some other method?
Trying to determine what settings I need to change to make it work.

The client machines are running on Windows Sever 2003 R2 32 Bit

Windchill works fine on all our stand alone workstations (XP and Win 7, 32 & 64 Bit)

Forgot to mention we are having the problems using Internet Explorer 7.0.5730, Update 0. However Firefox 3.5.15 on the same thin client works just fine! Unfortunately due to corporate standards we have to use Internet Explorer as our default browser.

-If the issue is on all client machines then you might want to go to the
server clear tomcat cache and restart MS
-On Client IE un-install all the Yahoo-Google-and any other tool bar
present...
-Enable Javascript on IE

It works fine when you are logged onto the computer with local admin rights, but when you log on as a user without those permissions then it does not work.

The same version of Internet Explorer 7.0.5730, Update 0 works just fine on XP workstation clients, so I know it is not the browser. And I know it is not the Windows Server 2003 operating system. This must be a permission issue, I just don't know what permission it is that I need to change to get this to work.

Try making the test user temporarily the manager of the Product or Library - quick way to allow all permissions (Full Control, All). If this works, then it's a matter of dividing and conquering.
