Windchill PDMLink 9.1 Update from M060 to M070.- Reg

Good Day to you.

We have Windchill PDMLink 9.1 M060 now our organization want to update it to M070, if anybody have experiance to update windchill please give me suggesions or any step by step document that will great help for me.
