Yes, there is the package functionality with deliverables. It has the ability to download the whole set together as a Zip or JAR.

Antonio is correct but the package functionality (available in 9.0 and later) is really designed to help you get stuff OUT of Windchill - sounds like original question is how to pull multiple, unrelated, objects into a Workspace? Unfortunately, nothing like the Briefcase in that regard.
