Windchill10.0 Change Management

Does anyone know of documentation that explains the change management OOTB setup and ways to configure to meet company specific needs? We have been running Windchill for about 4 months now and I would like to start working on the next phase (change). We have the Windchill e learning module, but I find that it gives very limited information on specifics. Currently our change process is a paper / manual one.

1. The engineer realizes that there is a need for a change.

2. He fills out the ECN form (word doc) and makes the necessary changes in Windchill / Pro-e and our Enterprise Software

3. The form then moves throughout the company so everyone can complete their tasks. Very often there are changes that are strictly BOM changes (we build custom trucks, no two are ever the same)

5. The ECN makes it back to the engineer, we sign and file it.

Greg,

Take a look at the Change and Configuration Management Overview in the Help

http://www.ptc.com/cs/help/windchill_hc/wc101_hc/index.jspx?id=CCMOviewChangeMgmtIntro&action=show

Also I did a presentation at the conference last summer that will provide more. The conference presentations on are the PTC/USER site

Finally James Felkins has a really nice process flow example
