Workgroup Manager and SSL

We have just configured our production Windchill instance with SSL. Every since this deployment of SSL the WGM is having serious issues, and we have yet to get any resolution from Tech Support.

Has anyone else out there configured SSL, and had issues with the workgroup manager?

Example of what is happening.

The user is able to add SolidWorks objects to the workspace, but when the user right clicks on the CAD Document to open in SolidWorks, the Workgroup Manager locks up and runs for enough time that the user has to kill the Workgroup Manager application via the Task Manager and start the Workgroup manager up again.

Hello Patrick,

I am sure, you would have made some document, on how you implemented SSL. We are in the evaluation phases of SSL, to determine the pitfalls.

Can you share the document you followed for implementing SSL? -

We have WGM for Catia installed with SSL on a Windchill 10.0 M20 cluster.

The main issue we had was related to the use of an internal Certificate Authority (CA). We had to deploy the CA in the keystore of all our Windchill Servers as well as the WGM clients.

Others issues we found was with the use of differents numbers of MethodServer on our cluster members:
