Workspace objects limit issue

Does anybody know which property or config file to look for workspace object limit setting.

Please see below message by system when I'm trying to delete some objects from Windchill.

The current action results in the workspace "MODERN_OPP" exceeding the limit of 2,000 set on the number of objects set by your administrator. The action cannot be completed until the number of objects is reduced.

In 10.1 M010, it's in the Preferences under Workspace -> Workspace Object Limit

FYI, you can only see this preference at the Site level preferences.
