How can I search for a part in more than one workspace?

    Dont think that is possible OOTB

    However, i guess you could ask your Windchill adm. to create a report that list all server workspaces where a particular part has been added....

      In order for search to find something in a workspace, the item needs to have been uploaded at some point. (It does not need to have ever been checked in.) Items that only exist in the local cache and never uploaded are not visible to search.
