Workspace will not delete

I had a workspace that became corrupted long ago. I ended up deleting (removing) all of its contents and then deleting the workspace. The next day it was back. Whenever I delete it, it always returns upon the next reboot of my computer. It doesn't matter if I delete it through the pro/e browser or mozilla firfox browser. I am running Wildfire 4.0 and Windchill 9.0. Any ideas on how to get rid of it for good?
