Hello Windchill Gurus,I have a requirement from customer to show the dropdown value of an IBA in a better way. As a user, the actions in the Windchill UI should have a tool tip message coming from the action validator class. The tool tip message can be used to communicate to the user why a particular action is disabled. Lot of time a user is not clear why a particular action is not enabled which may be because of multiple conditions being checked in the validator class.

I have a set of WTParts whose serial number effectivity value has been entered wrong. Hi,We have to PLM system in place and so as to maintain one system as master system.Looking for options to retrieve part number from Teamcenter and write to an attribute in Windchill Object.Any references on capabilities explored will be helpful.

How to export a document (WTDocument) structure, including content and attachments. The OOTB export from the document information page provides a zip with xml and content (including attachments) for the primary document but NOT it's children. Is there a way to expand this to include children and their attachments?
