Can IFX create assembly cuts?

Normally, when you create a hole (using Hole) at the assembly level, it creates an assembly cut - the hole feature is not propogated to the part, so when you open the part by itself, it will not have a hole. Is there an option that allows IFX to duplicate this functionality?

You can set the following values for HOLE_VISIBILITY

Default is PRT.
SELECT—Select hole visibility.
PRT—Create hole in part.
ASM—Create hole in assembly.
NO—Do not create a hole.
