CAN YOU RELATE A BMP OR JPEG OBJECT TO A VIEW

I have a bitmap that I inserted into a drawing.  Is there a way to relate it to a view so the image object moves along with the view?

 

Using Creo 2.0 M190

Hi,

1.] only drafted drawing entities can be related to a view

2.] you can add picture into model, unfortunatelly this picture is visible in drawing only in case that view display is set to shaded
