CREO 3.O ISSUE WHILE CREATING FAMILY TABLE PART.

I have importing dxf file and creating part and instances from that part. Once I create that Part instances from Family Table, I surprised that Imported curve In Parent and child has VANISHED and all the feature has become failure mode.

Hey all PTC champ please refer attached images for the same if possible give me the best solution for that.

If I work in Creo 2.O it is working properly.

Need to check with my customer, if they give the green signal for uploading the file then I defiantly upload the file. as it is at critical level, please suggest if any method. FYI... just for information, By yesterday I got some tricks like before opening the family table part if I verify that part it opened perfectly BUT only that curve which I imported is vanished.

if you cannot upload your file, then it is difficult to find the source of the problem.

Note:

It is strange, that Curve From ... feature has Feat # 69, when model works (generic) -AND- Feat # 59, when model fails (instance). Where 10 features has gone ?

Dinesh,

maybe ... the curve was included in some layer automatically and that layer is in hidden state. Therefore the curve is not visible in graphics window.

In your PDF, you said this was stopping all your work. You really need to open a support ticket with PTC and escalate it to critical.
