Datum Display Filter not working!!

I just reinstalled my Creo 2 and my datum display filter is not working!

there is nothing hidden in layers. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with configurations but can't find the setting.filter.jpg

Look to see if you have a file called CONFIG.SUP.

If datum display is specified in the config.sup, you can't change the display and your datum display toggles will look like your image (greyed out).
