Different Color Surface from One Side to Another in Creo Parametric 2.0

I know you used to be able to do this in previous Pro/ENGINEER versions...when you colored a surface it would ask you if you wanted to color one side, the other side or both sides.  Can you still do this in Creo Parametric 2.0?  I can't seem to make it work!  I have a previous model that has a quilt that is colored green on one side and red on the other.  I can't re-create this in Creo Parametric 2.0.  I know that I can make 2 surfaces with a very slight offset and make it work, but I should be able to make this work?

With some extra help I did find this:

And I verified that it worked.  The <Alt>+<select> took a little bit to figure out.  <Alt>+<select> then when the arrow comes up, release the <Alt> key and you may click on the arrow to alternate sides.
