Does anyone know where the recent file list is for Schematics?

We use Schematics with Windchill.  

The recent file list only lists files that are outside of windchill.  Those are only stubbs from creating new files without anything that has ever been saved to them (which automaticaly goes to the Windchill copy).  I can clean out the trash files on my hard drive but the links remain.

I want to be able to do two things:  Clean out the useless names from the list.  Manually add a few very useful files to the list.
