Get number for update_drawing to correct drawing.

My company has some drawings which are not correct. but update_drawing all corrects the drawings. I got this from ptc in past anx ig dofkx for most of the data. Need help in finding number for option without file sharing.

Cannot get SPR # for update_drawing without shearing data with PTC Support. And getting SPR number can identify by PTC only.

    You can find some of the update #'s on the community and on ptc support

    But it's all just a guess. And as far as the community helping, without any data or even a description of your problem you will probably not get any real help.

    Your best bet is to open a support call with PTC, make sure you have a non-disclosure and get approval if you have government data, and then send your data to PTC to be evaluated.
