How do I chance the arrow style of a Reference BOM Balloon?

In Creo 4 Parametric, one selects the leader line to change the arrow style of a BOM Balloon.  However, how do I do this on a reference BOM balloon?  The option is not there, and grayed out under customize.

 

Does anyone know?

Select Balloon, it will activate Format tab > Change Arrow style from Format group
