So you should be able to create coordinate systems and designate them as Entry Ports.  I would suggest you go to the Help Center and type Entry Port in the Search.  You will find detailed information there.

Hi Ayman,

Please elaborate on what exactly you are trying to add.  Is this for a cabling or piping assembly?  Are you trying to model the entry port, i.e. create geometry?

The entry ports on cabling or piping assemblies are designated by coordinate systems - CSYS.

Thanks,

Amit

Hi Amit,

So I downloaded a step file for a connector I am using in my design. But it doesnt seem to have any entry ports because when I try to do my harness routing i cannot find any port to route to.

Thank you
