Hi Nikhil,

Can you clarify the context of your question?

Have you tried Flat Pattern?

How to Flattern Part without "Flattern Quilt" Comand in ProE 5.0?

I want flattern Surface without using "Flattern Quilt" Comand which is available in "Insert->Advanced->Flatten Quilt".

Is it possible to flattern Round Surface without this Command?

It is highly dependent on the geometry of your part. As Clint mentions, you can convert the part to sheetmetal and then create a flat pattern feature or an unbend.
