Import Tooling from another part's tools

I am using CREO/Pro/E 5.0 NC (Manufacturing).

How can I import list of tools from previously created in another file?

Open the file which contains all of the tools, Cutting Tools > Select all tools (Select first tool + SHIFT +Last) > File > Save as > file will save as .txf which can import in other manufacturing file.
