Large Assembly Layers

Hi,

I have a large assembly with layers in it that I do not know what the layers are for, specifically what is an "INTFCLR" type of layer? I have downloaded the pdf by Pete Hollmer and Pete has a slide deleting this type of layer and I do not want to delete these layers until I understand what these layers do. We are using Creo M060 where I work and I have only been using Creo for a year and a half now, so I am still a noob.

Those are created when importing geometry. Look at the layer tree to determine what parts/assemblies these come from.

You can likely delete them but it's always good to understand them to be sure.
