Layout 2.0 , cannot view Model Tree?

All I have is Structure,Tag and Property.

I am trying to Pattern something and tried to follow the tutorial with no luck.

I do have a Model Properties however it is greyed out.

This is an Academic edition which shouldn't have anything locked out.

Mike,

Model tree will not be available in layout. For pattern, select the entities > Select required pattern type.
